| Mexico: 13 persons killed, 98 injured in train derailment |
In Mexico, thirteen persons died and another 98 were injured when a train derailed near the village of Nizanda.
The train was travelling between the Mexican Gulf and the Pacific Ocean.
24l passengers and nine crew members were travelling on board the train. 36 of the injured persons are being treated in hospital and five are in critical condition.
The train transport service is run by the Mexican navy.
